Computer Assist Support includes routine 'Health Check' Monitoring on all business servers, applications and network resources. There is an inclusive Monthly On-Site Visit, where our engineer will carry out all necessary preventative maintenance on your Network, to include checks to your data backup and a physical inspection of the equipment. All activity is fully documented and reported to you; the online Support Centre allows you to track and trace all support activity, its current status and the name of the engineer assigned to your call. In the event that we detect a critical situation, we will advise you on what corrective action is necessary and the level of severity.
Computer Assist Support also includes Priority Handling Emergency Support, Hardware Cover, and Discounted Hourly Rates for Additional Support Class work when required, Warranty Management and Account Management.
