Computer Assist provides clients with a solution whereby we deliver and manage all resources associated to the IT need within the business operation. For a set contract fee, we will provide all the necessary equipment, software, security, and management of all 3rd party suppliers such as Industry Business Applications, ISPs, Communication Lines and so forth.

This highly bespoke service is available to those organisations that just want to focus on their business activity without the hassle of owning, managing and operating the IT infrastructure. Computer Assist provides all the necessary system design, deployment, and management. A dedicated IT manager is assigned to the account. All levels of proactive support are included within the agreement.

A number of our larger accounts have adopted our Managed Services Contract and now they focus fully on their business needs and we fully manage their IT needs. The scheme also has a number of financial gains, by not tying-up large sums of capital to maintain a business capable IT environment. The client  achieves the necessary Systems through an affordable Managed Services Contract with a fixed payment structure spead over the period of the agreement.
Variations on this system can include title of products being owned by the client with Computer Assist providing agreed services complementing those already in place and working well.
