Computer Assist is rolling out a new state of the art Help Desk application in order to provide our clients with the best possible event recording and tracking system.
Developed in conjuction with Essential Business Systems, specifically to our requirements, when fully implemented, the new system will offer a wide range of very advanced services. In addition to continuing with our normal call loging procedures, clients will be able to email problems to the system which will automatically raise a response. Our remote real time server monitoring system will also automatically alert the help desk system for even faster response to events. Clients will also be able to see a full history of their support services, both current and completed, through a secure portal on our website. We can also provide more detailed billing information and better management reporting.
The new system will provide a valuble tool in our drive to maintain the highest possible service levels at competitive rates.
We are now well into the second phase of the rollout and benefits are already being seen by both our own staff and our clients.
